Delivery

  • How delivery will be charged?
    Delivery charge is subject to location. Please check our current delivery charge.
  • What happen if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
    If the recipient is not reachable at a specified date and time, we may pass the product to the receptionist or the security guard of the building.
    If the recipient refuses the flowers or an inaccurate or incomplete information is provided, we will charge HK$100 ($250 for special areas) for every redirection or redelivery. Our staff will contact the buyers for rearrangement.
    We will update the buyers on the extra costs on reproduction of the products due to a decline of the quality.
  • Can delivery be made at a specific time?
    Our standard delivery time is 9am to 6pm. If a specific delivery time is required, the below additional charge applies:
    An additional charge of HK$200 per order applies on a particular delivery time between 9am and 6pm.
    An additional charge of HK$500 per order applies on a particular delivery time from 8am to 9am or from 6pm to 7pm.
    Delivery service after 7pm and in peak season (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, before Christmas and Chinese New Year) are not available.
  • Can i pay by cash?
    If you don't have a credit card or don't want to use one online, you can make payment by banking into our account. After you shopped online and go to checkout, simply select bank transfer in the payment method. Please follow the order acknowledgement email by banking in the total amount into our account [hsbc: 124-184359-001] and email us the digital image of the payment slip, with your order number and contact marked, to confirm the payment.
    Please understand we can only process your order upon receiving the payment confirmation from you. Thus please do bank in payment asap after you have placed your order. Should we do not receive such confirmation from you, you order might not be able to get fulfilled accordingly.

Product

  • What if i am not satisfied with the received product?
    If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, please contact us within 12 hours upon product arrival. Please do keep the product in the delivered condition and we might come to collect the product for investigation and consider any appropriate type of product replacement or refund. Please check our change or cancellation for details.
  • Will my bouquet be the same as the image shown on the page?
    Every effort is made to fill your orders as closely as possible to the pictures from which you are ordering from. However, due to seasonal nature of flowers and to a number of factors that are not possible to predict, some items might not be in stock, in which case, Hing Fat Flower Market reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability and we will ensure that the items replaced will be of equivalent value or greater value.
    And our pictures shown on our website are as original colors as possible. However, the color may vary because of the different settings of a computer, and also flowers are a living creature that temperature and amount of sunlight they receive cause variations in the flower color’s tone. So you are advised to take them only as a very good approximation. Please contact us for any question.

  • How to order?
    Register an account and you can freely shop for your desired flowers and gift ideas before you check out. Our friendly system provides you clear guidelines all the way through. And you are always welcome to call our customer service at (852) 2397 8878 for any question.
  • How can i track my order status?
    You can simply log into your account or contact our customer service at (852)23978878.
    After your order is submitted, you will receive a series of e-mails with status of your order.
    • An order acknowledgement e-mail informing you that your order has been received.
    • A delivery confirmation e-mail informing you that your item has been received.
    Be sure to enter a valid e-mail address when you provide your billing information to ensure that you receive these confirmations.
  • Can i customize my order?
    We will try to accommodate all special requests. Please contact our customer service advisor at 2397 8878 or emailing us at cs@hfflora.com.hk with the exact details of what flowers or gifts you would like to order. We will answer your request within 24 hours and assist you in placing your order should it be possible to fulfill.
  • Can i cancel my order?
    Yes, if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. You can do this by email us at cs@hfflora.com. Please provide the details of your order in the email. Kindly refer our cancellation policy for details.
  • Can i change my order after i have paid for it?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to change an order once it is in the process of preparation or delivery. For orders that have not yet been prepared, we may charge an additional fee based on the type of change. We are not able to refund any difference in price.
