$500 Upgrade Service: Hydration & Recycling

[1] Professional Cleaning & Hydration Treatment

Christmas trees are shipped all the way from the United States. After a long journey, they need proper hydration to stay fresh and vibrant. That is why we provide our Professional Cleaning & Hydration Treatment – a value-added service that not every wholesaler offers.

Our process includes:

Tree Stand Setup: Each tree is mounted onto a stand, with binding strings removed, allowing the branches to return to their natural shape.

Cleaning & Hydration: The tree is thoroughly rinsed with clean water to remove soil, debris, and any insects that may be hidden among the branches, while replenishing essential moisture to keep the tree lively.

Air Dried & Packed: After cleaning, the Christmas tree is placed in a well-ventilated outdoor environment to naturally drain excess water while retaining moisture at the branch tips, keeping the tree fresh before final packaging and delivery.

Only after completing this setup, cleaning, and hydration process will we arrange delivery, ensuring you receive a clean, fresh, and well-hydrated Christmas tree that is ready to display at home with peace of mind.

Note: Fresh Christmas trees are natural products, and it is normal for some insects to be present among the branches. Our professional treatment helps to significantly reduce this occurrence.

[2] Eco-friendly Recycling Service

In response to the Environmental Protection Department (EPD), we actively support the recycling and upcycling of garden waste by offering a convenient door-to-door Christmas tree collection service. All collected trees will be delivered to Y·PARK [EcoPark], where they will be transformed into eco-products such as mulch for planting and landscaping, or wood materials – extending the joy of the festive season in a sustainable way.

Friendly reminder: Please do not dispose of or burn Christmas trees on your own. Unauthorized disposal not only harms the environment but is also a violation of the Waste Disposal Ordinance, and may result in a fine.

Tree Collection Guidelines

- Collection is tentatively scheduled between January 1-31, 2026 (subject to the government recycling station’s final arrangement).

- Please empty any water from the tree stand before collection.

- All lights, ornaments, and tapes must be removed before pickup.

- Our staff will carefully wrap the tree with plastic film before removal.

- Our staff will do their best to clean up any fallen leaves in public areas (e.g. lifts, corridors, lobbies).

- For safety reasons, our staff will not clean up leaves inside your home, and we are not responsible for any damage to personal property.

Christmas Tree Care Tips

Display Period
Large Christmas trees can typically last for 1 to 1.5 months, with the needles gradually fading in color over time.

Keep Hydrated
Before decorating, lightly mist the branches to keep them moist. After decorating, refill the tree stand with water every 1–2 days to prevent drying out. Avoid spraying water directly on electrical lights or ornaments.

Avoid Heat
Christmas trees are flammable and should be kept away from heaters, fireplaces, and high-heat lights. A cooler environment will help the tree stay fresh longer.

Prune as Needed
Remove any dry needles or trim overly long branches to maintain a neat and attractive shape.
