【Washing】

Our Tree Washing Service is designed specifically for natural Christmas trees shipped from the United States to Hong Kong. Once the trees arrive, our team will carefully handle them through the following steps:

‧ Unbinding & Opening: The tree is unbound to restore its natural shape.

‧ Thorough Rinse: Fresh water is used to wash away soil, debris, and any insects hidden within the branches.

‧ Air Drying: The tree is then left to naturally air-dry in an open, ventilated area to ensure it is clean and fresh.

Only after this process is completed will we deliver the tree to your home—ensuring you receive a clean, fresh, and ready-to-decorate Christmas tree.


【Recycling】

In support of the Environmental Protection Department (EPD) initiative, we provide a door-to-door Christmas tree collection service. All collected trees will be delivered to Y·PARK [EcoPark], where they will be processed into eco-products such as mulch for planting and landscaping, as well as wood logs. This allows the festive spirit to continue in a sustainable way.

Reminder: Customers should not dispose of or burn Christmas trees on their own. Unauthorized disposal not only harms the environment but also violates the Waste Disposal Ordinance and may result in fines.

Collection Details: 

‧ Tentative collection dates:  January 2026 (subject to confirmation by the government recycling facility)

‧ Please empty all water from the tree stand before collection

‧ Remove all lights, ornaments, and tapes from the tree in advance

‧ Our driver will wrap the tree with hessian fabric before pickup

‧ The driver will clean up fallen needles in public areas (e.g., lifts, corridors, lobbies)

‧ The driver will not clean inside your home, and we shall not be held responsible for any property damage or loss
